Returns & Refunds
Bureikou Shop is not responsible for any delayed/lost/damaged untracked mail as well as any customs fees. Bureikou Shop does not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds including shipping after orders are placed. If you have chosen tracked shipping and your order has been lost, your order can be refunded (excluding shipping fees). All orders are final sale.
Shipping
Please note orders may be delayed due to the current pandemic. If your order does not arrive within the estimated time period, please allow another 1-2 weeks to arrive. Orders will be shipped from Vancouver, Canada within 3-5 business days by Canada Post Regular Mail with no tracking. For tracked mail please select "Tracking Option" at checkout.
